Rosemary Parmesan Bread

This has become Lydia's specialty.

Ingredients

3 1/2 cups All purpose flour
1 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 Tbs minced rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups milk
3 Tbs  melted butter
1 large egg, lightly beaten
Parmesan Cheese

In the bowl of a stand mixer using the dough hook, combine 2 cups flour and yeast. Add the sugar, minced rosemary, and salt. Mix well. Heat the milk and butter in a separate bowl untill warm and butter is melted. Add to the flour mixture along with the egg. Stir until combined. Add remaining flour to form a firm but slightly tacky dough ball. Cover and let rise until doubled in size. Grease 2- 9 by 5 loaf pans (I like Olive oil) and set aside. When dough has finished rising, Punch down and place on a lightly floured workspace.  Split dough into 2 equal peices. Roll dough into a rectangle, 14 by 7. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on the dough and roll up as with a cinnimon roll. Pinch ends to close. Repeat with second section of dough. Sprinkle dough with parmesan cheese.  Let rise again. Preheat oven ro 350 degrees F. Bake bread for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
