I don't think any explanation is needed. We LOVE this stuff.
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup sugar
1/8 cup flour
Boil all ingredients, stirring constantly until it thickens. Then add:
1 tsp vanilla
dash of salt
Serve over your favorite ice cream. YUM!
