Banana Pancakes

 Our favorite pancakes...



        1 1/2 cups flour 
        3 Tbs sugar
        2 tsp baking powder 
        1 1/2 tsp baking soda 
        1/4 tsp salt
        1 1/2 cups buttermilk
        1 large egg
        1 Tbs canola or Vegtable oil
        1 tsp vanilla Extract
        2 ripe bananas    
     
    Combine Flour, Sugar, baking power, baking soda, salt in a bowl and mix. In a separate bowl, mix                together the buttermilk, egg, oil, and vanilla. Combine the wet ingrents with the dry and mix. Mash the         bananas in a bowl and fold into batter. 

    Cook on a nonstick griddle or skillet. Wait until bubbles form and eges are set, then flip. Serve warm!*
