This is a very approximate recipe--I was just throwing things together, but Lydia loved it so much she asked me to write down a recipe--so this is the best I can do.:)
1/4-1/3 cup of oil
1/4-1/3 cup tarragon vinegar
touch of mustard (really just a touch)
1 Tablespoon balsalmic vinegar
3 Tablespoons sugar
1/2 pear (peeled)
salt and pepper to taste
