Parmesan Chicken

This is an absolute favorite at our house.  In fact, it's the ONLY way one of my kids will eat chicken.

8 boneless chicken breasts (I like to use chicken tenders so they are smaller pieces)
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 cups bread crumbs
olive oil

Dip chicken in buttermilk then into dry ingredients, which have been mixed together.  Fry in oil on each side until browned.  Note: more oil helps the bread crumb mixture stay on.  Also, if you are using chicken breasts you may want to pound them so they are thinner.
