Bruschetta



About 3-5 tomatoes diced up 
Half a red onion (maybe a little less)
Basil (fresh basil is the best if you have it)
Salt and pepper
Fresh pramesan cheese grated
Olive oil
Balsamic Vinager 
1 Baguette

Preheat oven to 450. Cut Baguette into thin slices (about 1 inch thick). Sprinkle a good amount of the parmesan cheese onto the slices face up. Bake
